Growing and exhibition tables
The growing and exhibition tables our own make are the best answer to the demand of several professional groups, like seedbeds, ornamental nurseries, and garden centres. They are characterized by the hot galvanized structure and the assembly system with a single conventional key.
The different types of tables allow choosing the most suitable model according to its application.
The fixed tables provide an ideal height to work with the highest effectiveness and production. They are ideal for presentation and exhibition in Garden Centers and hypermarkets.
The mobile tables are the best choice to obtain the maximum use of space available and the highest flexibility of work in production greenhouses as their measurements and distribution can be adapted to the greenhouse size.
The transportable tables allow maximum adaptation to the installation size and they are the best choice to manage the logistics within greenhouses, lath houses and outdoors by means of a structure of hydraulic trains or manual wagons. This model is essential for nurseries which produce a large number of plants in homogeneous crop/growing and need to be moved/shifted/displace during one or several phases of their growing.
The different options in bottoms like wire/ mesh, expanded polysterene (bottom for heating) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS, bottom for subirrigation), make the base of our stools to adapt to the requirements of growing and the techniques. Some of their uses are great ventilation, irrigation by flood, water recirculation system, and heating.
Climate control
Our climate control boards have the ININSACLIM ®, switchboard which controls and manages the different elements and equipments to regulate the greenhouse climate.
Water and air heating system contribute to provide the right temperature to the crops which need special climate needs.
The double film roof is kept blown by means of small ventilators. This system reduces the coefficient of heat transmission towards the outside saving an important amount of energy. This system also controls the dripping-effect due to condensation above the crop.
We have the best accessories, the best aluminized thermal screens ININSACRYL ®, and other darkening materials, lateral rolling-up, etc. They are based on the rack drive system, which can work automatically by means of a timer or a radiation sensor.
Using Cooling System we get an important temperature decrease inside the greenhouse. This system is based on the principles of adiabatic cooling and basically has humidifier panels, recycling net and high flow extractors.
